Margaret Josephs is hoping to bring some comfort to hospitalized children through fashion that will cheer them up. The Real Housewives of New Jersey philanthropist founded a charity, Hospital Heroes, to provide superhero-themed hospital robes to young patients. She also works with Brave Gowns, which has a similar mission.

At a recent gala that benefitted her pet cause, Margaret told Page Six: "[The gowns] are being manufactured. They’re a little expensive right now. They are in some hospitals. So we are working overseas to get them made less expensively. So hopefully in the spring they’ll be a lot less expensive."

For now, Margaret added: "People are really just buying the gowns and donating them. That’s what we’ve been doing right now [for] hospitals because they are expensive because they’re made in the States.”

The Real Housewife was inspired to create the gowns after she stayed in the pediatric oncology ward during a procedure. As The Real Housewives of New Jersey viewers have seen, she then consulted with her Oklahoma-based friend Polly — who's owned a children's clothing business — for guidance in her philanthropic venture.
